A small but authentic Japanese restaurant with nice Japanese speaking staff (or owner?). Sashimi and sushi are delicious. Feels like I am having my dinner in Japan.

Absolutely the best sushi place in London! All the ingredients are incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff is kind, and the restaurant feels cosy and calm. I definitely want to come back again soon. Kids love Udon, tamago sushi, fried tofu sushi, gyoza, Tori-kara age and pumpkin Goloke. I enjoyed wakame salad, Il-ma sushi deluxe and udon.

Run by Japanese owners, the restaurant serves high-quality, fresh sushi with an impressive selection, including hotate (scallops), sweet prawns, and a variety of fish. The flavours are delicate yet rich, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. In addition to sushi, they offer delicious Japanese desserts, which are a perfect way to end the meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant in Sutton, ii-ma Sushi is definitely worth a visit.

Honestly best sushi I have had in London! The food, layout, decor etc is just like back in Japan and also very well priced. Yakitori and Unagi was also delicious. I will definitely be bringing my Japanese mother here ASAP as I am sure she will love it. Thank you!!!!

It’s rare I give 5 stars for everything but these guys deserve it. It was packed one sleepy lunchtime and they squeezed us in. Service was faultless and food was faultless and presented well. A lovely little find in a pretty little row of nice eating stops !

“Amazing sushi ” I am a fan of sushi and so excited to find this little gem of Sutton. A really good venue for a relaxed meal with lots of great dishes. Top notch quality sushi and the staff is very friendly! Lovely atmosphere, and you can see the chef behind the bar who was a delight and made my sushi fresh and extra special. I had fantastic experience and will definitely visit again.

You can try sushi dishes made by traditional artisan chefs that can only be tasted in Japan. I especially recommend sushi salad. this dish goes well with the warm Japanese traditional sake, so it's perfect for dinners with couples and colleagues. Located in front of Sutton Station, the sushi rolls are affordable. The staff service adds to the food taste, and the restaurant atmosphere in particular has warmth that can be felt only in the Japanese countryside. And there are plenty of parking spaces near Sutton station after 6:30PM It would be better to make a reservation in advance. Lastly, the chef looks so cool
